Apple cheesecake recipe

Ingredients

1 prepared pie shell (deep dish)

Bottom layer:

1 8 oz. cool whip
1 can apple pie filling

2nd. layer 2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 t. vanilla
1/3 C. sugar
beat together until smooth

Topping

Caramel or Hershey's toffee ice cream syrup
Sprinkle pecans on top

Refrigerate for 2 hours
