Thelma's Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
12 oz. chicken breast cubed
1/2 C. celery, diced
1 C. chicken broth
8 slices bread broken
1/4 C. onion diced

Directions
Mix chicken, bread, celery and onion in casserole dish. Pour chicken broth over all ingredients and stir gently. Bake 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until lightly brown crust forms on top. Yield 4 servings.
