Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

Cream together:

1 C. butter
1/4 C. white sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 sm. package instant vanilla pudding

Stir in combined:

2 1/4 C. flour
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 t. baking soda

Directions

Press half of dough in a 9 x 13 pan, greased.
In mixing bowel beat 2 - 8oz. cream cheese, 1 C. sugar and 2 eggs.
Pour over crust. Crumble remaining dough on top. Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350
