Dirt pudding recipe

Ingredients

3 C. milk
1 1/3 C. sugar
4 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 C. milk
2 t. vanilla
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/3 C. powdered sugar
1 can Rich's topping
2 lbs. chocolate sandwich cookies

Directions

Scald milk. Add next 6 ingredients and bring to boil.
Add softened cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Cool.
Whip Rich's topping and add to pudding along with powdered sugar.
Crush cookies and save half of crumbs for top.
Mix other half in pudding mixture and place in 9 x 13 pan.
Top with crumbs.

Yields: 2 - 9 x 13 pans
