Impossible Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 C. milk
1/4 t. baking powder
1 C. flaked coconut
1 C. sugar
1/4 C. flour
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions

Beat eggs, add sugar, flour and baking powder together.
Add milk and mix well. Pour into 8" greased pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes at 350.
Needs no crust it makes it's own.
