4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Filling:

1 c. powdered sugar
4oz. cream cheese, soft
1 8oz ctn. cool whip
1 lb. frozen strawberries

Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients; pour on to a waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 400.
After cake is baked, but before it is completely cooled. remove from pan and roll up with wax paper. Put into refrigerator.

Filling:  Have filling mixed and cooled, also. When cake is thoroughly cooled, remove wax paper and spread filling over cake. Roll up again, and slice.
