Lasagna soup recipe Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 C. onion, chopped 1 box hamburger helper "Lasagna" 1- 7 oz. can corn 2 T. parmesan 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1-2 garlic cloves 5 C. water 1 can 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes sm. head cabbage, shredded Directions In Dutch oven brown meat with onion, garlic and pepper. Drain. Add lasagna mix, sauce, water, tomatoes, corn and cabbage. Boil 1 minute. Add lasagna noodles. Simmer 15 minutes. add cheese and serve. |
