Lazy woman's cake recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 T. cocoa
1 T. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
3 c. flour

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350 until you can stick a
toothpick in the middle and it
comes out clean.
