Master mix cookies

Ingredients

9 C. flour
1 t. salt
3 C. shortening
7 1/2 C. oatmeal
2 t. baking powder
2 t. soda
6 C. brown sugar

Directions

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda into a large bowel. Add sugar.
Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in oatmeal.

How to use:

6 C. mix
1/2 C. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 t. vanilla

Bake at 350 until done
