	Peanut butter cookie recipe Ingredients 1 C. butter flavored shortening 1 C. sugar 1 t. vanilla 3 C. flour 1/4 t. salt 1 C. creamy peanut butter 1 C. brown sugar 3 eggs 2 t. baking soda Directions Combine shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs. Combine dry ingredients to mix. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes.	MORE COOKIE RECIPES
