Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
Large roaster 1/2 full of shredded potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
1 qt. milk
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 cans cream of mushroom
1 lb. browned hamburger

Directions
Brown hamburger in skillet
Cook 8 qt. potatoes, peel and shred
In an 8 qt. roaster, mix everything together.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Top with Velveeta cheese and serve.
