Potato pizza bake recipe Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. Onion 4 c. thinly-sliced potatoes 1 can Cheddar cheese soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk 1 pt. pizza sauce 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese Directions Place raw potatoes in a baking dish; add browned meat with onions. Add salt and pepper to potatoes and hamburger. Mix soup and milk and pour over meat. Pour pizza sauce over top. Do not stir! Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and add cheese. Note: Two batches makes a large roaster full. |
