Rhubarb Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 1/4 C. sugar
1 C. coffee cream
2 1/2 rhubarb , cut fine
1/3 C. + 1 T. flour
pinch of salt

Directions

Mix sugar, flour, cram and salt. Pour into unbaked shell. Sprinkle cut rhubarb on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400.; reduce heat to 350 and bake another 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
