Swedish meatballs recipe                       

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 T. finely-cut onion
1 T. parsley leaves
1 egg, beaten
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ c. water

Directions

Make into small balls and put into a 350
oven; brown for ½ hour. Put into pint jars
and pressure at 10 pounds for 1 hour.

Very good to open and cook with noodles,
or made into gravy.
