Directions

Blend butter, syrup, vanilla and salt in a large bowel.
Add powdered sugar all at once.
Mix together with spoon, then with hands.
Kneading well.
Turn out on a board and continue kneading until mixture is blended and smooth.
Make flat or round center.
Press spanish peanuts on top and cover with chocolate.
Yields 25 centers.
