Zucchini Bread recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
3 t. vanilla
3 C. zucchini squash
1 C. nuts
1 C. oil
2 C. sugar
2 C. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt

Directions

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x3 bread pans.
Beat all ingredients together.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour
